3d pop up photo album / memory book.

Good evening, it's Thursday 27th June and it's been a gloriously sunny day in Manchester. So I thought I would share this 3d/ pop up album with you. I got the initial idea from a pin on Pinterest, it was a blog post but sadly there was no tutorial! So I set about making my own.
Here are some pictures of the pages and fronts of  my album.

For the 1st album (my prototype!) I used the Papermania 'Bellissima Ultimate Die cut and Paper pack and also Craftwork Cards 'Birds and Blooms'  paper pack. The colours in both packs were pastel and lovely muted colours. Very Romantic!

For the other album I used the Santoro Gorjuss ultimate die cut and paper pack, which I bought from Printable Heaven, for a bargain price of £3.99p! Normally they retail at £14.99p so a great saving!

Aperture pages:  5 pages measuring  5 1/2  x 9 inches. Scored at 1, 1 3/4  and 8 1/4 inches.

Paper to cover the front of the book : 6 1/4 x 8 1/4

It was a bit of a marathon video, so I put it into 3 parts, the !st part is an overview of the albums and the papers used, with the measurements for the pages too. The 2nd part is putting the pages together and the 3rd was putting the whole album together and how to glue it to the spine! Phew!

Here is a link to the 1st part of the video .

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you try and make one of these albums.
Happy Crafting!
Bee x
